EverAbility Group (encompassing Guide Dogs WA & Tasmania, VisAbility, and Kites Disability Services) is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager – Marketing to lead brand positioning, customer experience, and integrated marketing across our WA and Tasmanian operations.
The role
The Senior Program Manager – Marketing is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving an integrated, purpose-led brand and marketing strategy across all operations in Western Australia and Tasmania. You will position our family of brands as sector leaders through compelling storytelling, multi-channel engagement, and customer-centred experiences that inspire trust, drive growth, and strengthen long-term community connection.
What you will be doing
· Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute holistic marketing strategy aligned with organisational mission.
· Brand & Customer Experience – As our brand guardian you will lead from the front with brand strategy, aligning the architecture to purpose-led customer-first approaches.
· Multi-Channel Campaigns – Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, media, print, and events.
· Data and Reporting – manage and maintain comprehensive data that assists in executive reporting and decision making.
· Systems and Platforms – identify, implement and maintain systems that support efficiencies and execution.
· Budget management - prepare and manage operational budgets aligned with business delivery, including effective identification and maintenance of external contracts.
· Stakeholder Engagement – Build trusted relationships across all areas of business and maintain effective relationships in the broader community.
· Team & Operational Leadership – Lead, mentor, and inspire marketing team, ensuring compliance, impact and excellence.

· Understanding of the NFP environment (experience in disability, health, or social purpose desirable).
