About the Role
This role is to support members of the Executive team, in a manner that is God honouring and consistent with the School’s vision, to assist them in the administrative aspects of their management and leadership roles in the School. The Executive Assistant role is required to maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality. At times this role will take direction and mentoring from the Executive Assistant to the Principal on day to-day tasks. The role may have direct engagement with families and external agencies. The Executive Assistant reports to the Office Manager and is part of the Business Services Unit.
Essential Criteria
Qualifications and Experience
> Diploma qualification in Business Administration with relevant experience.
> Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to senior managers.
> Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
> Well-developed Microsoft skills, with an intermediate level in the Microsoft Office Suite.
> Solid organisational ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
> Demonstrated time management workflow management skills.
> Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
> Have a current WWVP Clearance or the ability to gain clearance before commencement of employment.
