We are seeking a motivated commercial lawyer to join our expanding team of dedicated and down-to-earth professionals.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity for a personable and motivated lawyer (2+ years PAE) to join our commercial and estate planning team.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative commercial lawyer who can provide strategic planning and protection advice to our client-base of private businesses, high net worth individuals, and other professional advisers.
This role has a focus on structuring, succession, and asset protection, however practice areas span across:
* Business structuring
* Succession planning
* Asset protection
* Tax
* Trusts
* Corporate governance
* Commercial contracts and agreements
* Compliance
* Wills and estates
* Intellectual property
* Not for profits
This is an opportunity for a dedicated lawyer to work closely with respected senior lawyers, enjoy mentorship and career growth, as well as exposure to varied aspects of commercial law.
EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES
* Minimum 2 years' post admission experience in commercial law or estate planning.
* Dedication to high client service delivery.
* Ability to autonomously manage client relationships and matters through to conclusion.
