About the Role
Functions and Events Manager | The Ettamogah – Dream big with us! In every community, the pub is where the local character can be felt, and the characters can be heard. We’re looking for a motivated individual who is dedicated to making a real impact on our guests’ special moments. As our Functions and Events Manager, you will bring your creativity and organisational skills to design and execute the ultimate guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Design exciting function packages with a key focus on the guest experience and fostering solid stakeholder relationships
- Complete sales calls and lock in bookings with quick and efficient quotes and seamless supplier connections
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to keep bookings booming
Qualifications & Requirements
- You have a collaborative spirit and share your passion and enthusiasm with your team and stakeholders
- You use your strategic planning skills to reach targets, develop your team, and manage multiple priorities
- You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG industry certifications
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
