About the Role

We have an exciting permanent fulltime opportunity available for a detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Holroyd (Parramatta Area) NSW Team.

Key responsibilities:

In this position, your key responsibilities will include:

* Processing sales orders and answering phone calls
* Liaising with warehouse in respect to requests for dispatch or pick up
* Reviewing and monitoring order fulfillment
* Providing support to team members of other departments when required
* Digital content and asset management

About You

You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

Candidates must hold a valid work visa or Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

* Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a similar administration role
* B2B administration experience is preferred for this role
* Strong attention to details
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and a team player
* Experience in ERP and CRM software (Desirable)
* Previous experience in tile retail or wholesale industry (Desirable)
