Responsibilities

- Provide heartfelt service, encouraging donors to make life-saving blood and plasma donations, through a mix of outbound and inbound calls

Training and Rostering
- Training: 4-week in-office program (8:30am–4:30pm), followed by 4–5 weeks of in-office consolidation
- Flexible Work: After training, hybrid work-from-home arrangements are available for added flexibility
- Rostering: The role involves a 12-week rotating roster, Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm, with one Saturday per rotation
