Role Overview
* Act as the key contact for all rental enquiries
* Organise and host property viewings, including open homes and private inspections
* Review tenancy applications and complete all employment, income, and reference checks
* Assess prospective tenants and provide recommendations to the Leasing Manager
* Contribute to day‑to‑day leasing duties and ensure timely follow‑ups
About You
* Warm, confident communicator
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
* Comfortable using modern software platforms and mobile tools
* Detail‑focused with a proactive, positive approach
* Works well independently while enjoying the structure of a supportive team
Essential/Preferred Requirements
* Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not required
* Certificate of Registration
* Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
