Projects and Development Services (PDS) team
provide corporate and institutional clients with the management of design, construction, and relocation services to minimise risk and eliminate unnecessary cost.
Projects range from greenfield developments to major fit outs and refurbishments, from single one-off projects to state, national multi-site and regional roll-out projects requiring consistent nationwide delivery.

About the role:
As Project Manager within our PDS – NSW Design & Build Sector you will be expected to contribute independently the tasks below. This means as a PM you demonstrate a high familiarity with the subject matter and are able to produce these deliverables with little guidance from senior team members. Project Managers are also able to validate and oversee deliverables produced by Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Managers. It is expected a PM manages between 3-5 projects at various stages.
As the Project Manager you are expected to take total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of a project (or projects) from initial establishment to handover and project closure. The role requires coordinating thought and leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all participants in the project and focus these to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders.
Experience in end-to-end project delivery within commercial fit-outs or other sectors such as Industrial, education or retail.

* Prepare project delivery plans, monthly status reports, and anticipated cost reports
* Establish project budgets and manage expenditure
* Create detailed project programmes with clear milestones
* Chair project meetings and ensure timely documentation
* Lead tender preparation, contract negotiation and administration
* Conduct value engineering and buildability analysis
* Manage variations and approvals
* Implement JLL Health Safety and Environmental systems
* Assemble and lead consultants, contractors, and suppliers
* Manage project closeout and financial reconciliation

Requirements:
* Degree in Project or Construction Management or related discipline with 5+ years' experience, OR
* 3+ years' experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project
* Strong understanding of project delivery methods
* Experience with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 standards
* Commercial negotiation skills
* Ability to manage client relationships and foster repeat business
