What you'll do
Are you passionate about building meaningful business partnerships, driving sales growth, and helping pharmacy owners elevate their store performance? Join our high‐performing Tasmania Sales Team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll play a key role blending commercial business development with strategic support for our Priceline Pharmacy franchise partners. You'll be servicing our top‐tier Priceline stores across Tasmania and helping us grow our network of pharmacy customers. Building strong relationships with our franchise partners is central to your success, and previous pharmacy experience will be a strong advantage.
This role covers the whole state, with the flexibility to be based in either Hobart or Launceston.
In this dynamic role, you will
* Work closely with pharmacists, franchise partners and retail managers to drive performance across the Priceline Pharmacy network
* Developing strong relationships with franchise partners.
* Drive wholesale sales, private label growth, and profitability across your territory
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand our pharmacy customer baseSupport franchise partners with business and strategic guidance to strengthen store performance
* Coach store teams on promotional execution, merchandising, stock integrity and rostering to deliver in‐store excellence
* Partner with dispensary teams on wholesale purchasing, deal optimisation and supply chain escalations
* Collaborate with the State Sales Manager, BDM network and Franchise Team to deliver consistent standards and a great customer experience across the network

* Previous exposure to Pharmacy business is highly advantageous
* Demonstrate business foresight with strong commercial acumen
* Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
