Responsibilities
* Support and deliver water projects in the local region, including pipelines, drainage, irrigation and flooding, with local, state & federal government clients and major water authorities.
* Participate as a valued member of our national & global water team, benefiting from career development, training, mentorship and growth opportunities.
* Use technical, project‐management and client‐relationship skills for the delivery and guidance of technical solutions, proposals, reports, investigations and technical design projects.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, including some business development and engagement throughout project delivery.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, coupled with 5‐12 years' experience that includes water or wastewater infrastructure, water resources or water network planning.
* Ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi‐disciplinary team across the project lifecycle.
* Strong client‐relationship skills, project‐management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals.
* Skills in design, planning, producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
* Experience with civil design software and digital design workflows.
* Project‐management or design‐management experience.
