About the role
The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal leadership role within the NSW operations, managing multiple project teams and acting as a senior representative of the business. This role requires strong experience in fit‐out and new‐build construction, excellent client‐facing capability and the ability to lead teams across several concurrent projects.

What you'll be doing
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
* Coordinate and oversee multiple project teams within NSW, ensuring high‐quality delivery across fit‐out and new‐build projects.
* Represent the company to clients and external stakeholders, upholding strong communication and service standards.
* Lead weekly NSW operational and administrative meetings, providing updates on project progress, resourcing, risks and financials.
* Participate in tendering processes, including reviewing scope, pricing, delivery methodology and feasibility elements.
* Review subcontractor recommendations, ensuring compliance with company standards, capability requirements and project timelines.
* Manage and monitor project cost reports, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with budget expectations.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new strategies to enhance project delivery
* Report directly to the General Manager, providing regular updates on project performance, team outcomes, risks and strategic opportunities.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
* Strong background in fit‐out and/or new‐build project delivery.
* Ability to manage multiple teams and concurrent projects.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and client‐facing communication skills.
* Strong commercial and financial management skills, including cost reporting.
* Tendering and subcontractor evaluation experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes and best practices
