* Oversee and elevate all culinary touchpoints across the estate, including à la carte restaurant service, premium wedding menus, private dining, and future experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menu that showcases the region's best produce.
* Manage kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless service and maintaining high food safety standards.

Requirements
