* Manage HR and manage the outsourced IT functions
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies
* Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals
* Provide structure and leadership across the organisation
About You
You're an experienced manager with a proven track record in operational management—ideally within a professional services environment. You combine forward thinking with hands-on operational management and have good financial acumen.
Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership role (Business Manager, GM, or CEO)
* Expertise in operational management and compliance
* Strong interpersonal and team motivation skills
* Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards
* Relevant qualifications in business or general management
