National Key Account Manager - Primary Care

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Primary Care team, based in Sydney or Melbourne.
This is a national strategic account management role focused on driving growth, retention and long‐term partnerships across Primary Care segments including Medical Centres, Allied Health, Radiology, Pathology, Day Hospitals and other healthcare providers.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, managing key customer relationships, leading commercial negotiations and identifying opportunities to grow market share across a national customer portfolio.
You will work closely with executive, procurement and clinical stakeholders, ensuring Paragon Care continues to deliver exceptional value, service and innovative solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans for key national customers
* Build and maintain relationships with executive, procurement and clinical stakeholders
* Drive customer retention, revenue growth and margin optimisation
* Lead and coordinate tender submissions, pricing strategies and contract negotiations
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
* Collaborate with operations, supply chain and customer service teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes
* Deliver regular business reviews and account performance reporting
* Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM records
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
* Champion Paragon Care's broad portfolio of products, services and technology solutions
About You
You are a commercially minded healthcare sales professional who enjoys building long‐term partnerships and delivering results.
You will bring:
* Proven success in Key Account Management, Business Development or Strategic Account Management
* Strong experience managing complex multi‐site healthcare customers
* Demonstrated success achieving revenue and growth targets
* Experience negotiating commercial agreements, tenders and contract renewals
* Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial acumen including pricing and margin management
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across a national team
* Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or healthcare distribution is highly regarded
* Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel and reporting tools
