Overview

I am proud to be partnering with a large enterprise commercial client who is embarking on a major Finance and Procurement Transformation Program, modernising systems and processes to create a simplified, future-ready finance environment. The program leverages Microsoft D365, Coupa, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to deliver consistent, leading-practice business processes and ensure business-wide adoption. In this role I am looking for an experienced Organisation Change Manager to drive the change agenda, support people through the transformation, and foster adoption across the organisation.

Responsibilities

- Program Leadership: Report to the Program Director, provide insights and updates to SteerCo, define success metrics, and monitor program progress;
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships across all levels, manage expectations, and design tailored communication strategies to engage and support stakeholders;
- Change Impact Assessment: Analyse how process changes affect roles, teams, and business units, assess change readiness, and implement risk mitigation strategies;
- Project Execution: Collaborate with Finance Transformation Leads, Stream Leads, System Implementation Partners, and Delivery Teams to produce deliverables and ensure quality outcomes; and
- Training & Adoption: Oversee needs assessments, develop and deliver training, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Attributes & Experience

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills;
- Strong influence and leadership abilities, with high emotional intelligence;
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Proven experience in change management, including methodology, principles, and tools;
- Solid understanding of enterprise-wide ERP programs and large-scale transformational change (D365, Coupa, EPM);
- Ability to work collaboratively and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences; and
- Experience delivering OCM in finance and procurement solutions highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management approaches is an advantage.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a proactive change leader to shape the adoption of a transformative finance and procurement program across a complex, enterprise environment.
