What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing day‑to‑day hotel operations, including staff management, ordering, kitchen control and all F&B
Leading a dedicated team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences
Driving revenue growth through events, seasonal promotions, and community engagement
Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety, and service
Working closely with the marketing team to promote the venue across digital and local channels
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in hotel or venue management
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A hands‑on attitude and a knack for problem‑solving
Commercial awareness and a customer‑first mindset
Experience in seaside or seasonal venues a plus!
