Our client, a well-established Australian-owned industrial manufacturing company, is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Storeperson who takes pride in their work, is physically fit, and has a “can-do” attitude. You’ll play a key role in the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations by handling, packing, and managing inventory efficiently.
Responsibilities
Receive, handle, pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately.
Update and maintain computerised inventory records.
Operate forklifts for loading and unloading (Forklift license preferred).
Manage courier and transport bookings.
Maintain safety standards at all times.
Move, secure, install, build, load, or unload materials as required.
Perform general labouring and some specialised tasks (training provided as needed).
Your Profile
Forklift license ESSENTIAL.
Minimum of 4 years experience in the same/very similar role
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems an advantage).
Proven experience in stores, picking, and packing (ideally in a Storesperson role)
Excellent attention to detail and a customer service focus.
Physically fit and able to handle lifting and coordination tasks.
Flexible, reliable, and available to work 50 hours/week.
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
