About The Role: Joining the business as the Company Accountant, you will oversee all aspects of finance, including accounts reconciliations, month‐end and year‐end reporting, budget development and management, project finance administration, cash‐flow forecasting and payroll management. You will be responsible for leading and supporting two accounts staff while ensuring the efficient day‐to‐day operation of the finance function.

Your Skills And Experience
* Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with at least 5 years of experience.
* Experience in the local Australian market.
* Preparation of financial statements in a commercial workplace with exposure to budget and cash‐flow management.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial matters to non‐technical colleagues and stakeholders.
* Reliability and pride in meeting deadlines and producing high‐quality outputs.
