The Role As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be a key member of the risk team, working closely with the Chief Credit Officer to ensure robust credit analysis and decision-making. You will manage a significant portfolio, uphold credit quality, and drive relationships. Key responsibilities include: Establishing and maintaining a robust credit analysis process for portfolios. Coordinating credit submissions and ensuring compliance with underwriting principles. Managing vendor reviews and credit limit assessments. Ensuring all client security documentation is perfected and compliant. Overseeing credit decisioning with a $6M delegated lending authority. Monitoring adherence to policies to minimize losses and fraud. Presenting credit submissions to Regional and Global Credit Committees as required. The Candidate The successful candidate will bring senior-level expertise and a proactive approach to credit analysis. Essential qualifications and skills include: Tertiary qualifications in banking, finance, accounting, or commerce (highly desired). Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in financial services. Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven influencing, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Effective time management and excel proficiency.
