Our Purpose

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia's largest organisations, including Australia's top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.

The Role

- Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
- Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career
- Deliver Health Coaching services to Tasmania First Responders (www.mypulse.com.au)
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Psychology (completed 5th year), Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling & registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
- A commitment to being the best- we will provide you a phenomenal onboarding & the tools to excel
- A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans - you love what you do
- A fantastic stakeholder manager - you need to be an effective communicator
