Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to oversee our plumbing services and ensure the delivery of high-quality work across various council-owned facilities.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in supervising and leading trade staff, delivering programmed and reactive maintenance services, and conducting risk assessments and site inspections. They will also be responsible for updating council systems with project information and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
* A current Plumbers and Drainers Licence issued by the relevant authority.
* A current C Class Drivers Licence (an MR licence would be desirable).
* Demonstrated experience and abilities in plumbing maintenance and scheduling work.
* The drive to constantly improve skills and participate in opportunities to learn.
