As a key member of the resort team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the resort. You will assist the Resort Manager in achieving approved business objectives by planning, directing and managing all aspects of resort operations.
Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Resort Manager in leadership and operation of the resort to achieve approved business objectives.

* Manage all financial, human and other resources to meet agreed objectives.

* Embed service standards at the highest level and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholder groups.

* Help execute strategic and operational plans for the resort, considering facilities and services development.
">
* Provide monthly reporting on operational and financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for someone with a strong background in senior management, preferably in a 5-star resort or hotel. Experience in leisure operations, such as golf and day spa management, would be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate a corporate structure.
