About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site/asset management and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORTING SMOOTH OPERATIONS: Oversee site/asset management and administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
* ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Provide administrative support to staff as required, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
* ASSET MANAGEMENT: Manage and maintain organisational assets, including equipment, vehicles and facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* PROVEN EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in a similar role or other relevant role(s).
* LEADERSHIP SKILLS: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising and supporting staff.
* COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, including an ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
* COMPUTER LITERACY: Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
