Customer Service Officer (Heavy Lifting & Rigging)
Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Customer Service Officer (CSO) will be forefront of delivering an exceptional experience through resolution of queries, order and quote processing and connecting customer to product either in branch or via phone or email.

Based onsite at Bullivants Toowoomba across a Monday – Friday roster this is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
About the role
Resolve sales enquiries within our branch or via phone and email
Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders daily
Processing and data entry of customer orders, quotes, and handle end-to-end customer interactions
Provide product-based information and cross-selling where required
Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service environment
Ability to work unsupervised in a small team
Excellent oral and written communication
Comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word
Strong time management skills with a solution focused approach to problem solving
Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry advantageous
