About the role:

As part of our Distribution Business, this customer-focused administrative position plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Reporting to the Depot Manager, your responsibilities will include order processing, reporting, stock management, administration, and completion of routine depot compliance tasks. This is a busy and varied role offering breadth and scope, with opportunities for learning and development into other roles within the wider Ampol business.

Key responsibilities;

* Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer queries, generating quotes, recording sales, and managing ongoing orders.
* Complete day-to-day administrative duties to support the depot, including receipting, warehousing, reconciliation, dispatch, and delivery of packaged lubricants products.
* Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing across all depot activities.
* Complete routine depot compliance, maintenance, and inspection tasks as required.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Depot Manager.

About you:

We're looking for an experienced professional with a 'can do' attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to customers. You should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service and stock control. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of safe work practices and transport/logistics are also essential.
