About the Role
We're currently seeking an Engineering Surveyor to join our growing team, working across a variety of earthmoving and piling projects throughout the Sydney Metro area.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high‑performing team of surveyors, where you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of precision‑driven civil works. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all surveying tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field surveys for construction, earthworks, and piling projects
* Manage set‑outs and as‑built data collection
* Interpret and work with technical drawings, models, and plans
* Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Leica Total Station
* Work within 12d software for data processing and reporting
* Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure project specifications are met
* Maintain accurate records and assist in quality control documentation

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an Engineering Surveyor in the civil construction industry
* Strong technical skills with 12d, Leica, and/or Topcon GPS systems (preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* A proactive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and a safety‑first mindset
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in surveying or a related field
* Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's licence
