The role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and execute on projects and campaigns with a high degree of independence. You'll own client relationships, drive marketing outcomes, and contribute to how we continuously improve our practice.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who loves doing excellent work at the client level — not someone looking to manage a team or move into a Head of role in the near term.
What you'll do
* Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and projects for a portfolio of B2B clients
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted marketing partner
* Develop and execute marketing plans tied to measurable business outcomes
* Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and specialists to deliver high-quality work
* Contribute to process improvements and team learning
What we're looking for
* Minimum three years of experience in a client-facing B2B marketing role
* A track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes
* Strong communication skills — clear in writing, confident in conversation
* Someone who gets ahead of problems rather than waiting for them to land
* A genuine curiosity about marketing, tools, and what's working in the industry
