* Construction and commissioning of Alinta's Reeves Plains Energy Hub
We are excited to be delivering the design, supply, construction, and commissioning of a 250 MW Battery Energy Storage System as part of Alinta Energy's Reeves Plains Energy Hub, located approximately 50 km north of Adelaide.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical works, construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction methodologies, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor to lead our team on key projects for the Reeves Plains Project.
This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be at the heart of a major expansions, overseeing key electrical work that will shape the project's success. You will be responsible for ensuring every wire, every connection, and every installation meets our unwavering standards for safety and quality.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Senior Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading all electrical works across critical project infrastructure. This will involve:
* Mentoring and managing your team of trades personnel and subcontractors.
* Coordinating daily on-site operations and acting as the key link between the project and engineering teams.
* Enforcing our strict safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
* Experience and ability to formulate precise site daily reports.
* Experience and ability to create electrical work packs from IFC drawings for electrical crews and subcontractors.
* Experience and ability to undertake Material Take Offs from IFC drawings.
What We are Looking For:
* A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry.
* Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certifications.
* Experience with ACONEX or similar Construction Project Management Software.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
