Protective Security Specialist
A highly skilled Protective Security Specialist is required to lead physical security site risk assessments, provide expert guidance on property projects, and support the delivery of strategic protective services initiatives.
This role involves daily security operations, electronic security systems, and critical incident response. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors, active participation in risk management activities, and a mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
The successful applicant will be passionate about protective security, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make a tangible impact across a large organisation.
* Minimum 3-5 years work experience in risk, assurance, electronic security and/or technology.
* Operational knowledge of Corporate Security environment.
* Relevant General Insurance, Banking or Government experience.
* Broad range of knowledge and relationships across the financial services industry.
Action oriented, drives results, instils trust, eye for detail, resilient, good with ambiguity, courageous.
The role requires the ability to work and collaborate at all levels across the organisation.
