**The Role**
This role will be working closely with the Team Leader, Service Desk Support to manage services delivered by Service Desk in compliance with the operational procedures and agreed Service Level Agreements.
Specific duties will include:
- Assisting with on boarding of the new ICT Managed Service Provider
- Assisting with the management of Service Desk in relation to contracted services
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and reporting to the Team Leader.
- Attending regular meetings with service providers to discusss improvements, quality and process
- Working with the businesses and Service Desk to ensure change requests are processed
- Addressing request fulfilment to logged by end users and monitor status of tickets
- Other duties as required
**Skills + Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in Service Desk and/or management of the delivery of ICT Services
- Relevant IT qualifications
- Familiar with ITIL framework
- Understanding of ITSM Tools and methodologies.
- Experience conducting support across Microsoft products
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to build successful business relationships and influencing at all levels.
- Experience with Service now and Azure DevOps (Desirable)
