Senior Human Resources Manager

We are expanding our team and seeking a Human Resources Director with staffing agency experience.
The Senior HR Manager will oversee the HR department, partner with senior leadership to support our staffing business growth, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key qualities include strategic thinking, strong communication, mentorship skills, decision-making, and a champion of our company's culture.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily HR team operations, support, guidance, and resolve escalated HR issues.
* Foster an environment aligned with our Credo and PASSION values, promoting decision-making, collaboration, and communication.
* Collaborate with leadership on growth plans and execute talent strategies, including full lifecycle of hiring, retention, and succession planning.
* Develop and enforce HR policies on compliance, benefits, leave, EEO, safety, and employee relations.
* Partner with various departments to create processes supporting organizational goals and enhance employee experience.
* Manage relationships with benefit providers, ensuring competitive offerings and cost efficiency.
* Assist in crafting benefits strategies with CFO and leadership.
* Stay informed on HR trends, regulations, and technologies, and communicate updates to the team.
* Participate in HR organizations, networking, and training events.
* Maintain knowledge of Facility Security Officer responsibilities.
Required Skills
* Extensive HR experience covering policies, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and multi-state compliance.
* Strategic thinking and experience with senior leadership in establishing business objectives.
* Talent management, retention, development, and onboarding program development.
* Judgment and risk assessment skills, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work across various groups, with strong business acumen and management skills.
* Experience mentoring and managing team members; hands-on approach preferred.
* Experience with budgeting and forecasting at the department level.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in staffing or professional services.
* Leadership experience managing HR or operations teams.
* Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
* Availability for at least 2 days on-site in Exeter, NH (Tuesday/Thursday).
* Proficiency in MS Office; Paycom and Bullhorn preferred.
