Marketing & Events Coordinator - Welshpool
KEE Group is a successful, family-owned business based in Welshpool, Perth. We are known for our expertise, credibility, reliability and professionalism with a diverse business portfolio and proven record of delivering Surfacing, Hire, Transport, Fuel and Mechanical services to some of the largest civil construction and mining companies in Australia.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, organised, and people-focused Marketing & Events Coordinator to strengthen the KEE Group brand and lead the planning, promotion, and delivery of our marketing campaigns and events.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. You'll enjoy being on-site capturing real projects as much as planning campaigns and managing digital content. You know how to communicate effectively with operators, project managers, and decision-makers in a way that's authentic and professional.
Responsibilities
* Create, schedule and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, website and more)
* Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and content performance
* Identify newsworthy stories and transform them into compelling content for social and web
* Support the execution of company and 'Wellbeing' events in collaboration with HR
* Capture real-time content at events and activations
* Organise and maintain marketing assets (images, templates, digital folders)
* Ensure brand consistency across all materials
Required Skills and Experience
* 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or communications role (essential)
* Experience within construction or related industries (highly regarded)
* Proficiency in Wordpress (to navigate and add content to our website), social media platforms, and design software (Adobe, Canva).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
