About the Role:
In this senior leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end weekly and fortnightly in-house payroll processing, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation. You will also oversee payroll reporting, reconciliations, and workers' compensation processes with accuracy and timeliness.

 3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across payroll systems, identifying and implementing opportunities for increased efficiency and automation.
 4. Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing payroll team, while ensuring strict confidentiality and the integrity of payroll data.
