Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.
This role involves working with clients to help them regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build trust with clients and stakeholders, and have a customer-first mindset.
The successful candidate will also have a genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Conducting assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
* Designing and implementing intervention programs to improve functional performance and work capacity
* Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy is essential. Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA is also required.
A driver's licence and vehicle are necessary for this role.
The ability to work independently in the community and eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance are also essential.
