About This Role
* The successful candidate will hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, with a strong background in leadership and change management.
* A proven track record in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage is highly desirable.
* Candidates should demonstrate excellent commercial acumen, including financial and operational performance management.
