* Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and incidents.
* Monitor swimmers' behavior and enforce rules to maintain a safe environment.
* Provide first aid and basic life support when needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Current certification in lifesaving and first aid.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
