Job Overview:
An electrical maintenance professional analyzes and responds to tenant requests for services in a self-directed manner. They cover various functions such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, vinyling, and heating/cooling.
* Performs preventative maintenance on the buildings main systems including air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical.
* Conducts safety checks, orders necessary supplies and equipment, and performs related tasks.
Requirements:
* Four years of trade school training with courses in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, electronics, and general mechanical maintenance.
* Six years of experience in general maintenance work covering areas like plumbing, electrical, electronics, HVAC, painting, vinyling, and carpentry. Alternatively, two years of experience in one or more of these areas is required.
Skills/Knowledge:
* Ability to stand for long periods.
* May involve working in a reaching position, pushing, pulling, and lifting light to heavy weight objects.
* Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Understanding and ability to execute the vision of patient care at Summa Health.
