Maintenance Planner Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance systems, planning and scheduling, and project management.
Job Description
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for leading the review of existing systems and processes, streamlining where possible, and aligning with other internal systems or external best practices.
* Create short to medium-term maintenance plans that align with infrastructure standards while supporting efficient maintenance delivery and business needs.
* Ensure all rail infrastructure maintenance plans, for each business unit, are scheduled and completed on time, following the approved system process.
* Convert scheduled rail infrastructure maintenance plans into a detailed inventory demand plan and ensure rail infrastructure inventory levels can meet demand.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams to implement rules, processes, and systems to support planned maintenance. They will also lead and collaborate with teams to achieve business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Experience in Maintenance Systems, Excel and SAP (mandatory).
* Planning experience in scheduling and project management is preferred.
