About the Role
This role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to work with cutting-edge machinery in a collaborative team environment as a Residential Boiler Fabrication Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
1. Interpret technical drawings, blue prints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
2. Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components to meet industry standards.
3. Perform high-pressure welding for piping and structural systems with precision and safety.
4. Operate manual and automated welding equipment to shape, cut, and assemble metal parts efficiently.
5. Conduct inspections to ensure fabricated components meet quality and safety standards, and identify areas for improvement.
6. Fit and tack weld parts into position for final welding, and ensure seamless integration of components.
7. Carry out maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and heavy machinery to ensure optimal performance.
8. Uphold workplace safety, environmental, and compliance standards to maintain a safe working environment.
