We’re looking for a Field Support Technician to join and assist the Hardware Team in this hands-on and varied role – you’ll be managing stock, helping coordinate installs and repairs, and keeping systems updated to make sure their sensors, meters and cameras are always good to go. You’ll be working across storage sites and field locations, so you must have a driver’s licence, access to a car and be comfortable lifting and moving equipment when needed. If you're someone who’s organised, tech-savvy, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, this one’s for you. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, track and organise hardware stock • Charge and prepare devices for install • Coordinate site visits with subcontractors • Log movement of equipment in internal systems (ZoHo & Sentinel) • Visit sites as needed to check equipment is working • Assist with packaging and labelling devices What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or a tech support role • Experience with SQL and confidence using systems like Excel • Clear communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude • Must be physically capable of lifting stock safely • Must hold a valid driver’s licence and car What’s in it for You? • Full-time, Monday to Friday hours – no weekends • Immediate start • Choose to work 8-4 or 9-5 If this sounds like your next gig, hit “ Apply ” now!
