The Role
With another busy year forecasted for 2026, they are taking the opportunity to bring on board a leading hand with digger excavator, and posi track experience to lead small crews, and be guided into a supervisor within the business within a 12 month period. Complete with a handover, this role will the perfect pathway into taking that next step in your career

You will be an individual that takes pride in your work, looking to deliver to a standard you'd be happy to receive.
Looks to create a collaborative culture, and prior leadership experience, leading small crews and fostering a positive site environment.
You'll be driven and career motivated, have a strong level of attention to detail, and prioritize safety.
Honesty is integral within this business, and a willingness to take responsibility.
To Be Successful You Will Have
Relevant qualifications and operating tickets.
Minimum of 3 Years Experience as a leading hand or supervisor.
C-Class Drivers Licence.
Western Power Access Card (Highly Desirable).
Experience completing Before You Dig Enquiries.
