Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, people‐first Assistant/Duty Manager to join the leadership team at the South Terrace Hotel. Freshly refurbished and located just steps from Bankstown railway station and Bankstown Central, this modern venue features a vibrant main bar, spacious sports bar and strong TAB facilities. In this hands‐on leadership role, you'll work alongside a supportive venue leadership team, develop your career within a growing hospitality group, and play a key part in delivering outstanding guest experiences while building a high‐performing team culture.

Responsibilities
* Lead a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences.
* Maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
* Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
* Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our hotel's operating hours.
Qualifications & Certifications
* Required: RSA, RCG & ARCG certificates (or willingness to obtain).
* Previous management experience preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
