Salary: $90,177.00 – $137,861.00 (base), up to $156,253.00 including leave loading and superannuation. Salary may increase based on experience.
Positions: 1 (FTE 1.0)
Responsibilities
* Develop and refine library systems and processes, implementing a creative and flexible approach to manage a library that functions as a learning hub.
* Support resource management, connection to the school and foster critical thinking in students.
* Collaborate with teachers across all subject areas to enhance student literacy and research skills.
* Promote and manage the Premier's Reading Challenge and coordinate external testing school-wide.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Approval to teach Library (Secondary) or currently undertaking or enrolled in a Teacher Librarian qualification approved by the NSW Department of Education.
* An unconditional full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education.
* Capacity to develop and refine library systems and processes.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly developed organisational skills.
* WWCC clearance number.
