Looking for a Workday Recruitment Senior Consultant to join our global leading Workday AMS team, flexibility to WFH, training available.
What will your typical day look like?
The position of Senior Consultant in the Workday AMS team will be responsible supporting our clients, specifically in Recruitment.
The role will provide a range of support from working on complex incidents to designing and delivering enhancements and optimisation projects for our clients.
Our AMS team has a strong focus on partnering with our clients to help them get better return on their Workday investment and this means we don't just respond to tickets but rather we guide and support our clients to optimise their Workday solution.
This position will help the HCM Leads scope and design enhancements and projects and then play a key and sometimes lead role in implementing the solution.
About the team The Workday AMS team sits within Deloitte Operate and is an extension of the Deloitte Workday team.
The Deloitte Workday team provides the full range of services for clients from the initial planning stages, through full system implementation to on-going support.
The Deloitte Workday team are not purely system implementors as the service goes beyond to ensure our clients get the most benefit from their Workday solution.
For the Workday AMS team, this means not just fixing issues but providing advisory and guidance on ways to optimise and enhance the client's Workday experience.

You are someone who has experience in Workday Recruitment in Consulting or Support Services.
This is a role for someone who can build client relationships and deliver quality outcomes: Certified in Workday Recruitment module with the mindset and ability to tackle other areas of Workday Experience implementing or supporting Workday An ability to think outside the square and find solutions Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication and presentation skills.
