Key Account Development Role
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and retain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
* Primary Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales and revenue goals through effective customer engagement and retention strategies
* Conduct thorough needs analyses, recommend solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service
* Develop and execute targeted business development plans to grow sales and market share
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and drive business results
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and leads
* Utilize data analysis to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years proven outside industrial sales experience with tangible products or 2+ years customer service/inside sales experience with bearing and power transmission products
* Proven track record of developing new business, building repeat business, and managing sales territories
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
