And now they need another Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Gosford on the sunny Central Coast.
YOUR NEW JOB
Your new job will see you learn the business from the ground up, receiving and actioning all incoming calls, and taking ownership of the customer inquiry process from start to finish. To provide exceptional customer service and support, offer solutions using your product knowledge, redirect calls, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
You will be the first point of contact for customers answering calls, processing orders, and seeing every enquiry through from start to finish, along the way you will also:
* Deliver top-tier customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
* Process quotes and orders with accuracy and speed
* Track orders from entry to delivery in our ERP/CRM system (NetSuite)
* Collaborate with operations, production, and purchasing to keep things running smoothly
* Jump in on ad hoc admin tasks to support the team
ABOUT YOU
* Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner
* Problem-solver who thinks on their feet and owns outcomes
* Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or manufacturing/distribution a bonus (but not essential training is provided)
