PSG is looking on behalf of a leading Managed IT Services provider, specialising in Cloud Infrastructure, Managed Services, and IT Security. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join their Sales Team on a part‑time basis (initially 2 days per week).
Role
* Prepare quotes and assist Sales Executives with product & service sales
* Manage renewals (warranties, subscriptions) and maintain revenue streams
* Handle procurement, supplier purchase orders, and logistics
* Maintain client databases and keep stakeholders updated on progress
* Support the sales team with calls, admin, and vendor certifications
About You
* IT hardware knowledge and vendor sales support experience (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Team player with great interpersonal skills (and a sense of humour)
* Experience in the Perth IT market is a bonus
