Project Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in electrical and renewable energy projects to lead the successful delivery of our construction packages across Western Australia.

* Responsibilities include delivering complex electrical construction projects, managing procurement logistics, and ensuring safe timely and cost-effective project delivery aligned with client requirements.
* Leading a team to understand and meet client needs including support staff and labour hire, closely monitoring project costs, and taking corrective action where deviations from budget occur.
* Resource and develop an effective team able to deliver required services and demands of the wider organisation, preparing accurate and timely narrative monthly reports that contain movements and progress addressing all requirements of DTI's Project Management Methodology.

Qualifications and Experience Required
* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar fields are essential.
* Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale projects ideally with EPC contractor exposure is required.
* Prior programming planning experience financial analysis and management skills ability to lead and manage teams in dispersed locations including blue-collar workforce understanding of commercial conditions relating to contract management valuations industrial environment are also essential.
