**About The Opportunity**:
The primary purpose of the Cert 3 or Diploma Qualified Educator role is to support the development and learning of young children. You will play a crucial role in creating nurturing, safe, and stimulating environments that promote the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting holistic child development through age-appropriate activities.
- Planning and implementing educational programs that encourage learning through play.
- Monitoring children's progress and assessing their needs.
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children's well-being.
- Communicating with families and collaborating with colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate records and engaging in continuous professional development.
**About You**:
- Previous experience in the early childhood education industry
- A certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching OR a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with people
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to try new things and bring fresh ideas to the table
- The ability to work harmoniously in a close-knit team
