About The Role

What You Will Be Doing
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
* Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions
* Support the external sales team with quotes, product preparation, and customer accounts
* Assist with inventory management, stock control, and replenishment
What You Will Need
* Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales
* Experience with industrial or hydraulic products advantageous
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Intermediate computer literacy
* Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Team player willing to support other departments when required
